Returns
Parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection if they are:
- unused and undamaged
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by the invoice
Parts ordered specially for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
Account customers request a return from their account. Everyone else contacts us with the order number or the invoice.
